Tip Of The Week: Vitamin C, Why We Need It More Than Ever

 

With everything going around these days it’s more important than ever to load up on your vitamin C. 

Individuals who don’t get sufficient amounts of vitamin C every day (about 75 to 90 milligrams) can suffer from any of these health problems:

  • Bleeding gums
  • Bruising easily

  • Nosebleeds
  • Fatigue
